Amidst Rampant Growth, Shine United Adds Two Proven Leaders to Ownership Team

Group Account Directors Emily Bohochik and Nick Newlin Join Ownership Group

Shine United, a privately held advertising, design and interactive agency headquartered in Madison, recently announced that Group Account Directors Emily Bohochik and Nick Newlin have been promoted to vice president and will join Shine’s ownership group.

Bohochik and Newlin join Shine’s three founders, Curt Hanke, Mike Kriefski and Chad Bollenbach — as well as John Krull, who became an equity partner in 2014. Bohochik, who has been at the firm for nine years, has led engagements with some of the agency’s key clients, including UW Health, Quartz health plans and Big Ass Fans. Newlin, who has been at Shine for fifteen years, has been responsible for leading the digital efforts for all of Shine’s clients since being named Digital Director in 2010. Newlin’s experience includes work on Wisconsin Cheese, Descente Apparel and Lands’ End.
